No place to go
Luzmaria Carpia and her 7-month-old son Alejandero watch their friends and neighbors load their belongings into trucks and cars after the city of Moline evicted the apartment building's 10 families because of safety violations. The families had less than 24-hours to move out. The mother of five children, whose husband is back in Mexico, didn't have any idea where she planned to go.
