Neighborhood watch
90-year-old Esther Funk of Moline watches the children come home from school Wednesday afternoon while she sits outside her apartment in Springbrook Courts. Funk has lived in the public housing complex for 50-years. When the weather is nice she says she can usually be found outside enjoying the view from her front stoop.
