Celia Spicer, of Pleasant Valley IA, wipes a tear away from her eye during the Quad Cities Salute to America in Davenport's LeClaire Park. Over 2,000 people gathered in the park on 9/11/2002 to share their grief and heal during the hour long ceremony.
