Wet and waiting
While local officials conduct a ribbon cutting inside, 75 wet and eager children wait in the rain for the opening of the new Riverside Aquatic Center in Moline, Illinois. The new center features zero-depth entry, lap lanes, a diving well, water play stations, sand playgrounds, a concession stand and new bathhouse.
