Horse of a different color
Shebba the horse sports a patriotic paint job as she grazes in a Coal Valley pasture Monday morning. The owner of the horse Brian Fotzler of Coal Valley painted the white Arabian with water-soluble hair paint for last Sunday's Moline Council of Associated Dad's Clubs 45th annual Halloween Parade. The parade's theme was, `A star-spangled Halloween'.
