2008 Winter/Spring Photojournalism Internship
The Dispatch/The Rock Island Argus, Moline IL., has an opening for a hard working and energetic photojournalist to fill their winter/spring internship. Interns would join our award winning five person staff and shoot a full slate of assignments: news, sports, features, lifestyles, photo stories and multimedia projects. Our internship offers the opportunity for shooters to build their portfolios shooting pro-hockey, AF2 football, high school sports, spot news, features and a host of other subjects. Interns are required to have their own car and proof of insurance. Undergraduates and recent graduates will be considered. Nikon digital equipment will be provided. $320-per week plus over-time. The length of internship is approximately 5-months.
